CANCELLATION
POLICY
If cancellation occurs a charge of two-night's room rate will be
assessed.
NO
refunds will be made for NO-SHOWS or early
check-outs.
Reservations will only be made by credit card. VISA, Master Card, American Express,
ATM or CASH will be accepted as payment of check out bill. First
night is charged upon reservation.
Availability and Reservations
Policy
Minimum two nights stay. For our queen bed
rooms, we allow two adults; for the two doubles, we allow two
adults and two children under 12 years old. There is a charge of
$27.25 for each extra guest over 12 years old, up to a
maximum of 3 to 4 guests in the Queen Deluxe and Queen Double Suite.
Guest are confirmed and
guaranteed immediately after they make their reservation.
* Room rates
increase when there is a demand in the market. Special Events,
citywide conventions, and high-demand weekends may increase
rates *
Guests must be
at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. |
